of Vengeance
Upon Wicked
Babylon

Jeremiah 50: 27…woe unto them! for their day is come, the time of
their visitation.
28The voice of them that flee and
escape out of the land of Babylon, to declare in Zion the vengeance of the LORD
our God, the vengeance of his temple.
Jeremiah
51: 6Flee out of the midst of Babylon, and
deliver every man his soul: be not cut off in her iniquity; for this is
the time of the LORD'S vengeance; he will render unto her recompense.
Time of vengeance
of God has come. And God’s judgments
are upon Babylon. The sword of the LORD
is made bare. It glistens. It is sharp. It will search out His enemies.
There is no escape of the wrath of the LORD except through Jesus
Christ. The wrath of God is turned away
from those who have faith in Jesus, and believe, who have turned from iniquity,
who have turned from the sins of this world.
Crucifying themselves to the world and the world crucified unto them. They shall escape this great judgment that is
coming.
Apostle Paul was talking about the second coming of the Lord. He was talking to the church in Thessalonians.
Chapter 5:
1Thessalonians 5: 1But of the times and the seasons,
brethren, ye have no need that I write unto you. 2For yourselves know perfectly that
the day of the Lord so cometh as a thief in the night. 3For when
they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as
travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape. 4But ye, brethren, are not in darkness, that that day should
overtake you as a thief. 5Ye are all the children of light, and the children of the day:
we are not of the night, nor of darkness. 6Therefore let us not sleep, as do
others; but let us watch and be sober. 7For they that sleep sleep in the
night; and they that be drunken are drunken in the night. 8But let us, who are of the day, be sober, putting on the breastplate of faith
and love; and for an helmet, the hope of salvation. 9For God hath not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain salvation
by our Lord Jesus Christ, 10Who died
for us, that, whether we wake or sleep, we should live together with him. 11Wherefore
comfort yourselves together, and edify one another, even as also ye do.
This is important
apostolic instruction. Paul said we are
not to be asleep. We are not of
darkness. We are of the day. We are not of the night. And that day should not come upon us
unawares. But if you are asleep, if you
are blind and you cannot see, these days will come upon you as a snare. The Lord is not willing that He would lose
one. Hear the voice of the LORD. The Spirit of the Lord is declaring today,
“The time of vengeance has come”. It is
in the scriptures, in the prophet Jeremiah and the apostle Paul right here in
this verse. There is no escape ladies
and gentlemen the wrath of the Lord except truly righteously uprightly humbly
call upon the Lord in sincerity and repent before Him and receive the grace of
God that is in Jesus Christ.
Psalms
37:1<<A Psalm of
David.>> Fret not thyself because of evildoers, neither be thou envious against
the workers of iniquity. 2For they shall soon be cut down like the grass, and
wither as the green herb. 3Trust in the LORD, and do good; so shalt
thou dwell in the land, and verily thou shalt be fed. 4Delight thyself also in the LORD; and he shall give
thee the desires of thine heart. 5Commit thy way unto the LORD; trust also in him;
and he shall bring it to pass. 6And he shall bring forth thy righteousness as the
light, and thy judgment as the noonday. 7Rest in the LORD, and wait patiently for him: fret
not thyself because of him who prospereth in his way, because of the man who
bringeth wicked devices to pass. 8Cease from anger, and forsake wrath: fret not
thyself in any wise to do evil. 9For evildoers shall be cut off: but those that wait
upon the LORD, they shall inherit the earth. 10For yet a little while, and the wicked shall
not be: yea, thou shalt diligently consider his place, and it shall
not be. 11But the meek shall inherit the earth; and shall
delight themselves in the abundance of peace. 12The wicked plotteth against the just, and gnasheth
upon him with his teeth.13The Lord shall laugh at him: for he seeth that his
day is coming. 14The wicked have drawn out the sword, and have bent
their bow, to cast down the poor and needy, and to slay such as be of
upright conversation. 15Their sword shall enter into their own heart, and
their bows shall be broken. 16A little that a righteous man hath is better
than the riches of many wicked. 17For the arms of the wicked shall be broken: but the
LORD upholdeth the righteous. 18The LORD knoweth the days of the upright: and their
inheritance shall be for ever. 19They shall not be ashamed in the evil time: and in
the days of famine they shall be satisfied. 20But the wicked shall perish, and the enemies of the
LORD shall be as the fat of lambs: they shall consume; into smoke shall
they consume away. 21The wicked borroweth, and payeth not again: but the
righteous sheweth mercy, and giveth. 22For such as be blessed of him shall inherit
the earth; and they that be cursed of him shall be cut off. 23The steps of a good man are ordered by the
LORD: and he delighteth in his way. 24Though he fall, he shall not be utterly cast down:
for the LORD upholdeth him with his hand. 25I have been young, and now am old; yet have
I not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his seed begging bread. 26He is
ever merciful, and lendeth; and his seed is blessed. 27Depart from evil, and do good; and dwell for
evermore. 28For the LORD loveth judgment, and forsaketh not his saints; they are
preserved for ever: but the seed of the wicked shall be cut off. 29The righteous shall inherit the land, and dwell
therein for ever. 30The mouth of the righteous speaketh wisdom, and his
tongue talketh of judgment. 31The law of his God is in his heart; none of
his steps shall slide. 32The wicked watcheth the righteous, and seeketh to
slay him. 33The LORD will not leave him in his hand, nor condemn him when he is
judged. 34Wait on the LORD, and keep his way, and he shall exalt thee to inherit
the land: when the wicked are cut off, thou shalt see it. 35I have seen the wicked in great power, and
spreading himself like a green bay tree. 36Yet he passed away, and, lo, he was not:
yea, I sought him, but he could not be found. 37Mark the perfect man, and behold the
upright: for the end of that man is peace. 38But the transgressors shall be destroyed together:
the end of the wicked shall be cut off. 39But the salvation of the righteous is of the
LORD: he is their strength in the time of trouble. 40And the LORD shall help them, and deliver them: he
shall deliver them from the wicked, and save them, because they trust in him.
It is clear by
reading this Word the reward of the wicked is desolation and destruction. The reward of the righteous is peace and
inheritance that will never end--- eternal life. The hand of the Lord is about them to keep them in all their
ways. And God loves to destroy and
confound the works of the wicked.
Choose this day. Who will you
serve? Who will you serve? Who is your Lord? Give Him glory.
We wished
that Babylon would have been healed but she is not. Jer
51:8 We wanted her to be healed. Jer 51:9 We wanted her to repent. She refused. She thinks she sits as a queen but she is a mother of harlots and
abominations of the earth. She has defiled
the world. She has committed lewdness
with the kings of the world. She has
mixed a cup of iniquity and given it to
the world to drink and the world is mad.
Come out of
Babylon.
Come out of the midst of her
Jeremiah 51:45My people, go ye out
of the midst of her, and deliver ye every man his soul from the fierce
anger of the LORD.
(God is judging the nation
Babylon. Each individual most repent
and come out of Babylon thus delivering their own soul from the fierce anger of
the LORD. Babylon as a
nation/city/state will not repent but it will receive her due from the LORD God
Almighty as God judged Sodom and Gomorrah)
46And lest your heart faint, and ye
fear for the rumour that shall be heard in the land; a rumour shall both come one
year, and after that in another year shall come a rumour, and
violence in the land, ruler against ruler. 47Therefore, behold, the days come,
that I will do judgment upon the graven images of Babylon: and her whole land
shall be confounded, and all her slain shall fall in the midst of her. 48Then the
heaven and the earth, and all that is therein, shall sing for Babylon:
for the spoilers shall come unto her from the north, saith the LORD. 49As Babylon hath
caused the slain of Israel to fall, so at Babylon shall fall the slain of
all the earth. 50Ye that
have escaped the sword, go away, stand not still: remember the LORD afar off,
and let Jerusalem come into your mind. 51We are confounded, because we have
heard reproach: shame hath covered our faces: for strangers are come into the
sanctuaries of the LORD'S house. 52Wherefore, behold, the days come,
saith the LORD, that I will do judgment upon her graven images: and through all
her land the wounded shall groan. 53Though Babylon should mount up to
heaven, and though she should fortify the height of her strength, yet from
me shall spoilers come unto her, saith the LORD. 54A sound of a cry cometh from
Babylon, and great destruction from the land of the Chaldeans: 55Because the
LORD hath spoiled Babylon, and destroyed out of her the great voice; when her
waves do roar like great waters, a noise of their voice is uttered: 56Because the
spoiler is come upon her, even upon Babylon, and her mighty men are
taken, every one of their bows is broken: for the LORD God of recompences shall
surely requite. 57And I will
make drunk her princes, and her wise men, her captains, and her rulers,
and her mighty men: and they shall sleep a perpetual sleep, and not wake, saith
the King, whose name is the LORD of hosts. 58Thus saith the LORD of hosts; The
broad walls of Babylon shall be utterly broken, and her high gates shall be
burned with fire; and the people shall labour in vain, and the folk in the
fire, and they shall be weary.
Isaiah the
prophet said:
Isaiah
47: 1Come
down, and sit in the dust, O virgin daughter of Babylon, sit on the ground: there
is no throne, O daughter of the Chaldeans: for thou shalt no more be called
tender and delicate. 2Take the
millstones, and grind meal: uncover thy locks, make bare the leg, uncover the
thigh, pass over the rivers. 3Thy nakedness shall be uncovered,
yea, thy shame shall be seen: I will take vengeance, and I will not meet thee
as a man. 4As for our redeemer, the LORD of hosts is
his name, the Holy One of Israel. 5Sit thou silent, and get thee into
darkness, O daughter of the Chaldeans: for thou shalt no more be called, The
lady of kingdoms. 6I was wroth with my people, I have
polluted mine inheritance, and given them into thine hand: thou didst shew them
no mercy; upon the ancient hast thou very heavily laid thy yoke. 7And thou saidst, I shall be a lady
for ever: so that thou didst not lay these things to thy heart,
neither didst remember the latter end of it. 8Therefore hear now this, thou that
art given to pleasures, that dwellest carelessly, that sayest in thine
heart, I am, and none else beside me; I shall not sit as a widow,
neither shall I know the loss of children: 9But these two things shall
come to thee in a moment in one day, the loss of children, and widowhood: they
shall come upon thee in their perfection for the multitude of thy sorceries, and
for the great abundance of thine enchantments. 10For thou hast trusted in thy
wickedness: thou hast said, None seeth me. Thy wisdom and thy knowledge, it
hath perverted thee; and thou hast said in thine heart, I am, and none
else beside me. 11Therefore
shall evil come upon thee; thou shalt not know from whence it riseth: and
mischief shall fall upon thee; thou shalt not be able to put it off: and
desolation shall come upon thee suddenly, which thou shalt not know. 12Stand now
with thine enchantments, and with the multitude of thy sorceries, wherein thou
hast laboured from thy youth; if so be thou shalt be able to profit, if so be
thou mayest prevail. 13Thou art
wearied in the multitude of thy counsels. Let now the astrologers, the
stargazers, the monthly prognosticators, stand up, and save thee from these
things that shall come upon thee. 14Behold, they shall be as stubble; the
fire shall burn them; they shall not deliver themselves from the power of the
flame: there shall not be a coal to warm at, nor fire to
sit before it. 15Thus shall
they be unto thee with whom thou hast laboured, even thy merchants, from
thy youth: they shall wander every one to his quarter; none shall save thee.
Jeremiah 51:8Babylon is suddenly fallen and
destroyed: howl for her; take balm for her pain, if so be she may be healed.
Jeremiah 51:9We would have healed Babylon, but she
is not healed: forsake her, and let
us go every one into his own country: for her judgment reacheth unto heaven,
and is lifted up even to the skies.

Babylon has world

Babylon is a land

Babylon is most

Babylon is

Babylon misleads
the world into iniquity of iniquities through a cup of abominations and filth.
Babylon is a
mother of harlots and abominations of the earth.
Babylon is a land
of sorcery and enchantments from its inception.
Babylon thinks no
one knows the truth about her.
Babylon thinks
she is a lady, a queen, delicate and tender.
Babylon thinks
she will never see defeat or harm.
Babylon has
murdered the innocent of the Lord.
Babylon is given
to pleasures and dwells carelessly.
This list is to
be continued as we study the Word of God and see the truth regarding her…
Jeremiah 50: 27…woe unto
them! for their day is come, the time of their visitation.
28The voice
of them that flee and escape out of the land of Babylon, to
declare in Zion the vengeance of the LORD our God, the vengeance of his
temple.
Jeremiah 51: 6Flee out of the midst of Babylon, and deliver every man his
soul: be not cut off in her iniquity; for this is the time of the
LORD'S vengeance; he will render unto her recompense.
(God is calling individuals to repent and deliver their soul as His
great determination is to judge this nation. The nation as a whole has a
fate already decreed by the Lord God Almighty. The line has already been
crossed since the nation has already rejected, denied and refused the call to
repent. Read Ezekiel 14:14 and
Jeremiah 15:1 and
see how God told great servants of the LORD that deliverance in the time of
judgment was an individual thing. This nation is a secular nation that
has rejected the Lordship of Jesus Christ. This nation Babylon America
has refused the voice of the Lord and the message of the prophets to return to
the Lord. This nation has chosen to remove God from the schools, the
government, the businesses, the media, the culture, and from the heart of the
people. Thus, 2Chronicles 7:14
is not appropriate for this current state of events with the nation the United
States of America)
1.
In the early verses of that transcript we note that it is the 'voice of them' who
flee and escape Babylon...that declare in Zion the Vengeance of the LORD and
the vengeance of His temple.
2.
Are those who remain in Babylon despite the call of God to 'come out' speaking
of God's judgment? No.
3.
Where is God's temple? Is it in buildings with religious people?
No.
(The most we could
hope is that the environment among professing believers would be conducive of
the fear and love of the LORD. But this is largely the paradox in that
there is so little distinction between the world and the Christian church
world)
It is in those who abide in Him. Jesus Christ the hope of glory, that
Jesus may dwell in our heart by faith. God said that He would dwell in
them and walk within them. Therefore, come out and be separate, says the
Lord.
2Corinthians 6: 16And what agreement hath the temple
of God with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath
said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God,
and they shall be my people. 17Wherefore come out from among
them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing;
and I will receive you, 18And will be a Father unto you,
and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty.
(No division in the original language)
2 Corinthians 7:1Having therefore these promises,
dearly beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh
and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God.
4.
I had the absolute witness on that 'the time is come'.
5.
The majority have chosen, at this time, not to follow the Lord. It should
not be that way. But it is.
6.
I have been meditating on this portion of scripture for some time now.
John 3:16For God so loved the world, that he
gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in
him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
This is the problem. God did and does so love the world that
He invested such a great cost to Him in giving in ONLY begotten Son...and that precious
gift is despised, rejected and spurned. The multitudes are adamant as
stone and will only get harder through the times of great catastrophic judgment
as recorded in Revelation. They will REFUSE to repent of their sins and
will ultimately band together to make war with the Lamb. Absolute
insanity.
17For God sent not his Son into
the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. Wonderful!
18He that believeth on him is
not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because
he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. People that DO NOT believe are condemned ALREADY!
19And this is the
condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved
darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil.
There are those who choose to love their darkness,
sin, flesh, rebellion more than the light of God in Jesus Christ. They
choose to be slaves in prison rather than to be liberated through faith in
Jesus. Amazing.
20For every one that doeth evil
hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be
reproved. 21But he that
doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they
are wrought in God.
7. The wrath of God.

|
He that believeth on the
Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see
life; but the wrath of God
abideth on him. |
|
Let no man deceive you
with vain words: for because of these things cometh the wrath of God upon the children of disobedience. |
|
For which things' sake
the wrath of God
cometh on the children of disobedience: |
|
For the wrath of God
is revealed from heaven against all
ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the
truth in unrighteousness; |
We, as we
submit to the Lordship of the Great King Jesus Christ, are called to be His
ambassadors of Peace through proclaiming peace by the blood of His cross.
This is why we have this burden to speak the truth in accordance to the Word of
God because, for the most part, the masses have not heard the truth. So
many have been swayed from the white bread gospel or the saltless sugar that is
pervaded as the gospel by the religious world.
Too many
have turned from God due to the excuse of being harmed by the false
representation of Christianity in the world today. We have to be examples
of the truth in Jesus. We have to count the cost today and have our roots
in Jesus and our roots drawing on the waters of the eternal Fountain of Life
that is God Himself.
We can be
truthful in telling people that Jesus has been misrepresented by the church or
people too often. People use this as an excuse in serving the Lord.
But, this is not a valid excuse. It is important that we tell the people
that they themselves need to go to the Lord and they themselves need to be an
example of an authentic genuine real believer in Jesus. We have all had
the experience of someone misrepresenting us. God has experienced this
too. We have all had the experience of someone misrepresenting what we
have said or done. The same is true for the Lord.
God bless you,
Trevor Davis
