Humpty Dumpty

The Demise Of The Erring

Institutional Religious Order And Its Ministers

Jesus Christ is Lord.  He is the Master of the eternal Kingdom of God that has no end.  He is the example and lawgiver of all that pertains to His Kingdom.  When Jesus was here in the flesh He served His Father perfectly and in complete dependence upon the Father’s influence.  Jesus delighted to fulfill His Father’s will—there was no independence in doing ‘His own thing’.

It is said in the book of Hebrews that Jesus learned obedience through the things He endured.  It wasn’t easy for Jesus to fulfill the will of the Father all the way from the threat of death at His birth to that threat becoming reality at the cross.  His execution, though fulfilling the will of the Father, was a great agony for Jesus to suffer at the hands of the heathen and His very own people involved in the religious world.

The suffering of Jesus was so great that He agonized in the garden of Gethsemane to the point of sweating great drops of blood.  Gethsemane by its very meaning is the place of crushing---crushing of the “self” will in surrender to the will of God.  Jesus besought His Father to release Him from the pending humiliation of the cross.  Nevertheless, Jesus conceded to the will of the Father to lay His life down and become the one and only sacrifice for the sins of humanity.  Jesus is the holy and pure blood sacrifice accepted by the Great God Almighty.  He is the unblemished—perfect-- one and only Son of God-- Jesus Christ of Nazareth.  “Behold Him”, I cry, “who takes away the sins of the world.  Behold Him!”

I have shared above the foundation stone of the glorious salvation of Jesus Christ.  There is no other way to please the Father but through His own Son who both died and was raised from the dead and ever lives making intercession for those who would follow His steps.

The steps of Jesus are seen in His teaching.  Jesus chided a religious system that over-lorded the masses and delighted in a false exaltation.  Jesus rebuked the desire to be seen by men but blind to the reality of God.  He was incensed by religious leaders desiring to have long prayers of piety showcased in high thrones before the people.

Jesus condemned leaders inner longing for prestige and praise of men.  He was against the use of titles and elevating men’s ego in the market place and the gatherings of the people of God in the temple and assemblies.

Jesus said plainly,

“Ye know that the princes of the Gentiles exercise dominion over them, and they that are great exercise authority upon them.  But it shall not be so among you: but whosoever will be great among you, let him be your minister; And whosoever will be chief among you, let him be your servant”.  (Matthew 20:25-27)

According to Jesus, the Kingdom Of God beats to a different drum!

God is exposing:  The Great Exposure!

Recently a man that is a pastor and leader of thousands was exposed for gross indecent behaviors.  Across the media this mans face, reputation and name are degraded by accusations of major indecency that befits a man of God.  Television, radio, Internet, newspapers, magazines and people talk…this man’s sins are being heralded from the rooftop.  Just as Jesus said it would…”Nothing shall be hidden that shall not be made known…”

The man was accused of years of meetings with a homosexual prostitute and buying drugs and more…

From “Man’s” perspective:

Fear the LORD.  Pray for the sinner’s recovery in Christ.  Live cautiously before God and be meek, kind and consider your own frailty relying on the grace of God.

From God’s Perspective:

§         He is not an heir of salvation.

§         He will not inherit the Kingdom of God unless he repents.

Yet,

He can still repent and be forgiven of much.  He can still one day… love much.

If he chooses this you will know by the fact that he is washing dishes, floors and peoples’ feet--- Not that he is prominent in the eyes of man any longer!  He has chosen the path of the Master…

Do you understand this?

Humpty Dumpty sat on a wall.

Humpty Dumpty had a great fall.

All the king's horses and all the king's men

Couldn't put Humpty together again.

Is it the fault of the false prophets?

How about the ministers themselves who are the stars of the stage?

How about the spectators who came to the show?

The fans in the audience are the ones who pay the ticket for the show.

They like the entertainment…

The time is coming when the curtain call shall come.  And then, they will realize--that they have been taken for a ride…it has all been a two-bit show of a very very bad  “B movie”…

§        I write this message because it is a travesty.  It is such error.  It is not only the man who sinned but also the people who fostered his delusion of grandeur.

§         The prophet Jeremiah said, “A wonderful and horrible thing is committed in the land; The prophets prophesy falsely, and the priests bear rule by their means; and my people love to have it so: and what will ye do in the end thereof?  (Jeremiah 5:30-31)
